Rachel’s journey has been marked by resilience and a relentless pursuit of well-being. After a career in education, she transitioned into the fitness industry, founding her first company, YOU Wellness, to empower women to take up space through strength training and intuitive nutrition.
Her personal breakthrough came after years of searching for relief from anxiety and depression, which were triggered by a major trauma just six days after graduating high school. After a decade of prescriptions, therapy, and medical interventions, Rachel finally found profound healing in cold water immersion. This experience ignited her passion for sharing the power of breathwork and cold exposure with others.
Through Ice Bath Boston & Breath, Rachel brings a research-backed, hands-on approach to nervous system regulation, offering one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and community-based events. Her mission is to equip clients with sustainable tools to reduce stress, improve resilience, and enhance their health and happiness.
Rachel became a certified ice bath coach with the ICCE Method in 2022. She trained under Dr. Belisa Vranich of The Breathing Class and Patrick McKeown’s Oxygen Advantage Instructor Program. She is a Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner and a member of both the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and the International Breathwork Foundation
