The goal of 1:1 sessions is to teach nervous system regulation as a life skill. We start with breathing assessments to identify your baseline and guide a personalized protocol, which may include retraining dysfunctional patterns.

You’ll move through calming and paced breathwork, gradually building to more energizing techniques to help you reset. We may also explore positive powers- practical tools like sleep hygiene, emotional coping, and work-life boundaries that ease your system’s overall stress load.

Each session ends with a guided ice bath, where we track your Ice Q, a real-time heart rate measure of how well you downregulate under stress. Over time, you’ll see your resilience grow. You’ll finish with a warm towel, a cup of tea, and a grounded sense of calm.

This work is somatic. It helps you build interoceptive awareness—the ability to sense what’s happening inside your body—and teaches you tangible, fast-acting skills to downregulate yourself to feel safe in your body anytime, anywhere.
