Topics include:

Maladaptive coping is associated with a 6% shorter lifespan and insomnia in workers, while adaptive coping strategies can predict executive functioning. In this workshop, individuals will learn the difference between coping types and our 3 part framework to more effectively cope using emotion focused and problem focused strategies. This is ideal for executive teams to optimize performance in both personal and professional situations.

breathwork for stress management

Breathwork sessions can be 45 or 60 minutes long. We start by learning proper breath mechanics and then delve into slow-paced breath work. The session ends with energizing high-ventilatory breathing.

wellness workshops

Most people know what they should do, but have trouble with how to do it. Unlike boring, didactic presentations, our workshops are filled with easy to implement quick hacks for busy high performers. We can spend 30-45 minutes on just one topic, cover all of them in 45, or customize to your organizations's preferences.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
Lowering the consumption of ultra processed foods prevents cardio metabolic problems such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. Participants will learn healthy eating tips for extremely busy high-performers that includes optimal meal structure, on the go meal ideas, making nutritious food choices at home and at work, & how to enjoy your favorite foods mindfully. 
NUTRITION
Regular exercise has been shown to increase happiness and improve life satisfaction with age! Resistance training prevents age-induced muscle loss and improves functional independence, cognitive abilities, self-esteem, bone density, cardiovascular health. In this workshop, participants will learn daily and weekly movement recommendations and justifications for resistance & cardiovascular training, plus tips on how to fit in movement throughout the day with a busy schedule.
EXERCISE
30% of US adults have disrupted sleep and 10% have insomnia, contributing to worse employee productivity, performance, and safety as well as fatigue-related productivity losses of $1967/employee annually. Participants in this workshop will learn the importance of each type of sleep & how to optimize your evening and morning sleep routines and circadian rhythm for maximum sleep efficiency.
Participants will learn how to put it all together and create a doable, adjustable strategy. They'll learn how to determine your health priorities, goals, boundaries, and optimal means of communicating them to people in your life to make your efforts as effective as possible.
