Meet Rachel

As an academically published respiratory kinematics researcher, 5x breathing certification specialist, and cold exposure expert, Rachel has dedicated her life to helping people develop preventive health habits to live their happiest lives. A former public school teacher, Rachel saw that an absence of emotional regulation skills was holding back her students. Rachel is passionate about teaching individuals of all ages to feel safe in their minds and bodies so they can succeed at the highest levels.
