A former public school teacher, Rachel saw that an absence of emotional regulation skills was holding back her students. Rachel is passionate about teaching individuals of all ages to feel safe in their minds and bodies so they can succeed at the highest levels.
Breathwork extends beyond individual well-being—it has been linked to reducing loneliness, improving coping mechanisms, and even supporting recovery from addiction, burnout, ADHD, and more. With anxiety and depression rates rising across all demographics, accessible mental health tools are more important than ever. This class is designed to provide a free, inclusive, and supportive space at the Cambridge Foundry where everyone can learn and benefit from breathwork.
